Women in Finance Workshop:

Lincoln International invites high-performing, motivated undergraduate women interested in learning more about the financial services industry to apply for our Women in Finance Workshop.

We have designed a one-day program that will expose young women to the various opportunities available to them through a career in financial services, particularly investment banking. The agenda includes panel discussions with current and former female investment banking professionals, a Gravitas workshop designed to strengthen presentation skills and confidence, and opportunities to network with Lincoln International professionals of various levels. This program will serve as an event relevant to the 2026 summer internship program, so it will be a great opportunity to continue the conversation for junior year internships.
  • Lincoln's Women in Finance Program is a one day program, which will take place on Tuesday, January 7th, 2025 at Lincoln's Chicago Office
  • Application Deadline: Friday, December 6th, 2024
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Current Sophomores in college or university
  • Preferred Finance, Accounting or Business Major
  • Minimum GPA of 3.5
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Assertive, self-motivated and desire to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
