Holt of California is proud to be part of the elite group of Caterpillar dealers worldwide. We sell, rent and service a wide-variety of equipment Including Large and Small Construction Tractors, Forklifts, and Prime/Stand-by-Power Generation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESHigh school or GED; or up to six months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SKILLSMust have a valid class C driver license and a clear DMV driving record.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle and feel objects, tools, and controls. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Employee will regularly work near moving mechanical parts and occasionally work in outside weather conditions and exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. Employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and vibration.

COMPENSATION
Pay Range: $17.88 - $20.54 Hourly
Pay Range Dependent on Knowledge, Skills, and Ability.
Hourly rate of pay as negotiated with Operating Engineers, Local #3. Excellent company-paid benefits including medical, dental, retirement, vacations and holidays.
