• *Bookkeeping Services for Clients:**
• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger updates.
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements and customized reports tailored to client needs.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for multiple clients.
• Assist clients with financial planning, including budgeting, cash flow analysis, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• *Qualifications:**
• 3+ years of experience in full-charge bookkeeping, preferably in a multi-client or firm-based setting.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks Online
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and general familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• Exceptional communication and client-service skills.
• Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
