• Must have 3+ years of customer service experience
  
• Ability to work independently

• Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and expectations
  
• Must provide own work from home equipment (No chromebook or MAC)
  
• Must provide high speed internet, hardwired. (No wifi or anything wireless)
  
• Must be able to pass a background check
