Job Summary
The Parking Enforcement Program Manager oversees and enforces the El Paso County Hospital District’s parking program, which includes the visitor’s garage, associates' garage, annex parking lot, and law enforcement, ambulance, off-site locations and loading dock areas. Manages vehicle registration and citations, tracks fines and addresses staff inquires. Manages coordinates and executes all aspects of parking enforcement operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the parking enforcement program.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Work Experience:
Five years of experience in project or program management required; extensive experience in developing and executing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline required. One year of experience in parking management or parking enforcement is preferred.
Three years of management experience are required.
License/Registration/Certification:
Valid class C Texas Driver License required.
Education and Training:
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
