• Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns : Create and launch marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels to support company goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Market Research : Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity. Use findings to refine marketing strategies and messaging.
• Data Analysis : Monitor, track, and analyze marketing campaign performance. Generate insights to optimize campaigns and report key metrics to the management team.
• Collaboration : Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall company objectives and that materials are cohesive and on-brand.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) : Manage and update customer databases and assist in customer segmentation and targeted outreach efforts.
• Event Planning : Coordinate and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives to represent the brand and connect with potential clients.

• Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.) and CRM tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creativity with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency.
