Job Description
Insight Global's client in the Construction space is searching for a Heavy Equipment/Construction Fleet Service Manager with 3+ years of experience. This individual will be responsible for the following:
-Lead the daily management of the Service Department.
-Coach and communicate job expectations to team members.
-Keep up to date with technical knowledge of all equipment.
-Use the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for service operations.
-Create reports, analyze data, and implement improvements.
-Ensure data quality for service operations.
-Review and approve weekly employee timesheets.
-Address and follow up on employee concerns.
-Approve repair estimates.
-Complete annual employee reviews.
-Hold regular team meetings and encourage open communication.
-Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork and customer service.
-Follow safety rules and company policies.
-Participate in company training to improve skills.
-Maintain good relationships with colleagues and management.
-Complete other assigned duties efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience -High School Diploma or GED
-3+ years managing a large heavy construction equipment service department
-Experienced with Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, John Deere, United Rentals, Ring Power, Dobbs, Alta, and/or Linder dealerships
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, databases)
-Experience with Reporting & Analytics as it relates to Service Management
-Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for service operations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience -Experience with PowerBI
-Experience with Teletrac Navman/TN360 ACM CMMS System
