Laborer 1 (Driller)

Position Overview:
We are looking for an entrylevel Laborer to join our team as part of a drilling crew. As a Laborer 1 youll work alongside experienced drillers supporting their work and learning the basics of drilling operations. This role involves assisting in preparing the site setting up and dismantling equipment and maintaining a safe work environment. All necessary training will be provided.

We are a drilling company operating throughout the continental U.S. specializing in deep and complex drilling projects across challenging terrains and soils.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support drillers by preparing the drilling site clearing debris and ensuring the area is safe
• Assist in setting up and taking down drilling equipment and tools
• Operate basic drilling machinery under supervision with handson training provided
• Help maintain equipment by cleaning tools and checking for wear
• Document drilling activities as directed including tracking depth and material types
• Perform general labor tasks including carrying equipment and loading materials
• Follow all safety guidelines and participate in safety training sessions
• Use provided PPE as required to maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications:

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
• Clean MVR record and valid drivers license
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Able to follow instructions and wear required PPE
