Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and designers to develop design concepts and schematic drawings.
• Assist in creating detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and models.
• Research materials and building codes ensure compliance and integration into design concepts.
• Participate in site visits, surveys, and documentation to support project assessment and development.
• Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, including construction documents, specifications, and project proposals.
• Collaborate with multi-design discipline teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout project phases.
• Support the development of sustainable and environmentally conscious design solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in architecture and design.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture or a related field from an ABET-accredited school.
• Basic understanding of building systems, construction techniques, and materials.
• Excellent proactive problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong graphic and visualization skills to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Proficiency in architectural software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced design environment.
• Possess a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn.

• Senior in a Bachelor's in Architecture degree program.
• Prior internship experience or involvement in design-related projects.
