The Cost Accountant is responsible for performing the Company’s direct and indirect cost absorption processes. Specific focus and attention will be on the Company’s control environment related to the identification and capture of material and labor costs for ensuring that all inventory is valued correctly, in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures. The Cost Accountant will assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining of systems, procedures, and policies for inventory and costing, to ensure adherence to company guidelines.

While performing the responsibilities of the Cost Accountant the employee is required to talk and hear. Employee must pass a full-face respiratory fit test. Employee must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to work in PPE level C.
