Location: Sunrise, Florida
Annual Salary(BCBA): $76000 to $84,000 with opportunities for performance-based bonuses

Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies, making adjustments as needed to ensure client progress.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure cohesive and effective treatment approaches.
• Provide training and support to behavior technicians and other team members.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and ethical standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current with advancements in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Qualifications:
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field 
• Proven experience in designing and implementing behavior intervention programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
